Girl Crush Fitness is a community of women that empower each other on and off the gym floor. Our smaller class sizes allow for personal attention in a comfortable setting. Our scalable 30-45 minute workouts are compiled of a constantly varied mix of strength training, functional training, HIIT, and cardio to build lean muscle and burn fat for maximum results. All fitness levels are welcome.
