Girl Crush Fitness is a community of women that encourage and support each other to be the best that you can be. We offer classes, community, and results! We know you are super busy, so we've created effective, efficient, and FUN workouts in just 30 & 45 minutes. Our workouts are compiled of a mix of functional training, strength training, cardio, HIIT, resistance, and plyometric exercises to build lean muscle and burn fat. All fitness levels are welcome.
